A parking lot only works when the whole circulation pattern works. Rows are cleared to the line so spaces stay usable, drive aisles stay wide enough for two-way traffic, and entrances and exits are opened early so vehicles are never queued onto the street.

Protecting parking capacity
Snow has to go somewhere, and on a commercial lot every pile costs spaces. Stacking locations are set during the pre-season review based on drainage, sightlines at exits and how much parking the property can afford to lose, so piles do not grow into the rows customers and staff need.
Snow relocation and off-site hauling
When stacking areas fill up, snow is relocated on site with loaders to consolidate piles, or loaded into trucks and hauled off site to restore full capacity. This is planned into the service scope in advance rather than improvised in the middle of winter.
Commercial salting and ice control
Fleet salt sensors record the exact application rate used for the temperature and conditions, which keeps surfaces treated against slips and falls without over-salting. We own multiple fully stocked salt domes across the service area, so applications are not delayed by regional supply shortages.

Site-specific equipment selection
Loaders move volume across large open pavement. Skid steers work islands, curb lines and tight corners. Tractors and trucks handle drive aisles and smaller lots. Equipment is assigned before the season and our machines are new and maintained, so a breakdown does not become your problem mid-storm.
Repeated service through a storm
We do not wait for snowfall to stop. Crews return through an active event so lots stay usable while accumulation builds, guided by our own weather stations that capture conditions every 10 minutes.
Documentation of every visit
GPS tracking, continuous dash-camera photos, daily property audits before opening and post-event inspections give you a verifiable record of each visit and each salt application — the documentation property managers need for their liability file.
